I arrived 6 hours early, and no one had checked out at that time. The front desk helped me change a room for free and took me to the restaurant for a meal. The breakfast was very good, and there was a midnight snack. The drinks in the room were also free. The only thing is that I thought there was no hair dryer in the room where I lived. I had one in my suitcase, so I used my own, because I only stayed for one night. Later, the hotel customer service called and thought I took it away. The way of speaking was also very gentle. I explained to the hotel front desk. I only took a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. I like to collect these things when I stay in a hotel. Overall, it was very good. I checked out at 2 pm. Xiaozan at the front desk said that I could go for afternoon tea again. This hotel is really good. I hope to investigate which hairy hair took the hair dryer and give me a clear name. The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

First things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

I chose Yilite Hotel for this business trip because it had just been renovated. The sanitation inside was really clean, and the service was also very good. What surprised me was that even if I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the middle of the night, there were staff members accompanying me from entering the hotel lobby to checking in and then to the door of the room. I also recommend everyone to have a buffet breakfast at his house. There are many specialty shops and food along the street, which is very convenient to visit. Although there are bus stops at nearby attractions (although I personally don't recommend taking the bus 😅), it is very convenient to walk or take a taxi, and there is no need to worry about traveling. The hotel staff also has a very good service attitude. Whether it is the front desk, room service or restaurant staff, they all smile and are ready to help at any time, making people feel at home. In short, this stay experience is very satisfactory. Both the hardware facilities and service quality exceeded expectations. I strongly recommend it to everyone! Room is spacious and new. Voice controlled AI for lightings, blinds and TV. The air humidifier is such a bonus! Lots of street food available just steps away - fruits, naans, xinjiang cuisine, mutton skewers, oily rice, etc. Most importantly, it's just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar!

The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning. Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming.
