帶孩子去，隔音不好，晚上很吵，而且是室內窗，空氣很悶，吃飯也算錯價格。不過服務還可以，設施一般。

服務真的是災難，那天就我們兩間房我説換房這不是那不是也不申請，花了一千多訂兩間房，住一肚子火，太垃圾了，再也不去了。房間裏是高面盆底水龍頭，想燒壺水都難接，也不知道怎麼設計的，真無語。放的小桌子也是不穩一高一低，放個奶瓶一斜奶瓶都倒了，真的氣**，總之垃圾。員工沒有服務意識，經理不懂的處理問題。什麼晚安甜湯牛奶都沒有。

出乎意料的好，服務人員都特別熱情友好，整體設施乾淨整潔，寵物友好，有餐廳，遊戲室，一看就是用心設計，用心經營，簡直太棒了。國內外住過很多酒店民宿，這家真的值得推薦！

酒店位置還不錯，如果有車的話開去雪場很方便。但是隔音不太好，服務上的悉心可以彌補，因為被其他客人吵到還給了補償。

去絲綢之路滑雪，上山下山，管家接送。廚師做的飯很家常、我兒子喜歡，浴缸是兒子點名要的，他很喜歡，下次還會去，夏天去應該也很不錯
