Nos hospedamos en el hotel Mabey Urubamba con mi esposo y nuestro bebé, una noche antes de visitar Machu Picchu. La ubicación fue perfecta, ya que al día siguiente debíamos tomar el tren en Ollantaytambo, que está a solo 20 minutos. Esto nos ahorró madrugar y un largo viaje de más de 2 horas desde Cusco. El lugar es encantador, con hermosos jardines y una vista espectacular a la montaña. Incluso con un poco de lluvia ese día, el entorno siguió siendo maravilloso. Además, el hotel atendió nuestra solicitud previa y nos colocó una cuna en la habitación, lo cual nos permitió estar mucho más cómodos como familia. Recomiendo este hotel para quienes viajan con niños. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y respondió a todas nuestras solicitudes de manera eficiente

Pros: lovely grounds, friendly staff, walking distance to several restaurants. Cons: very loud at night. Our room was near the front of the hotel so we heard street noise all night along with dogs that barked all night. Our bed mattress was as hard as a rock. This combined with the noise made for two nights of poor sleep.

Remote, relaxing, restful, and rustic. Loved it here. The rooms had everything we needed for a couple of days to acclimatize to the sacred valley. If we needed anything we just asked and we had it. I loved the location and the quietness of this place. The views were lovely. Breakfast was wonderful as well as dinner. Fresh food cooked when needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Extra blankets were available as it was cold but we expected that with the location. Great family time.

Excellent view of the mountains, facilities with beautiful landscapes, garage area, super spacious, clean rooms, restaurant with a variety of foods, rest and photography areas, in general a very spacious and very cozy hotel to go with the family.

Excellent location if you want to do the Sacred Valley route, very good service, buffet breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. At the counter they guide the passenger with questions about the routes to follow, a few blocks away there is a terminal for all the routes.
