Ya van 2 veces que visito el lugar y cada vez mejora mas. Tiene una vista alucinante de la ciudad, servicios completos, habitaciones comodas y con todo lo necesario para relajar y no prepcuparse por nada. Amenities necesarios, el jacuzzi le da un toque de elegancia y la terraza es una verdadera joya, alli tienen un restaurante con una carta super interesante. No duden en visitarlo. 10/10

Posizione perfetta per visitare Urubamba e tutta la valle sacra con tutte le attività che si possono fare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere molto pulite e letti molto comodi. Mi hanno aiutato a organizzare varie attività ed escursioni. Super consigliato!

The Hotel California in Urubamba is the highest building in Urubamba, so that you have a great view over the Sacred Valley.
The Hotel is very new, but already seems to be very used and also the quality of the building is not the best. You can see that the Peruvians have not the best construction skills.
At the time we visited the hotel, there were not many guests in the hotel. So in three days we only got once the full breakfast buffet. On the other two days they served a reduced menu directly to our table.
Additionally the whole dining area was very empty and only equipped with few chairs and tables. So you have a little the feeling of a lost place at a new hotel, which was weird for us.
Also there is a restaurant option at the rooftop, but you can't find any information about that beforehand. They only told us that once at the evening.
Our room was pretty and comfortable. The shower was hot and had a very good water pressure.
In conclusion it was very reasonable, but we expected a little bit more. Maybe they can improve some points to be the best Hotel in town.

Estuve un fin de semana y me encantó, el personal fue muy amable desde el principio, las habitaciones muy limpias y modernas, y la comida muy buena con bastante variedad, súper recomiendo si desean pasar una maravillosa estadía!! Sin duda volvería de nuevo.

Todo bien, hasta el final, por una mancha en la toalla nos obligaron a pagar adicional. La mancha salía claramente con un lavado.

El ambiente de la suite superior es muy top! Tiene unas vistas de 180 al valle sagrado, la atención por parte del servicio es muy agradable. Volvería todas las veces! Cuando estén ahí háganse el favor y disfruten su terraza! Te dan paraguas e infusiones en la recepción y eso se valora después de las caminatas
