호텔 직원운 착하고 친절함. 복도에 불도 안들어와서 프론트에 얘기해서 처리해 줬음. 화장지, 헤어드라이어 없너서 프론트에서 받아왔음. 에어컨이나 히터 없음. 아침일찍 나가야 해서 아침식사 못한다고 했더니 대단한 것은 아니지만 도시락을 싸주었음. 방값이 저렴해서 그냥저냥 지내보려고 했지만 화장실 냄새가 나서 힘들었고 처음엠 따뜻한 물이 잘 나와서 샤워하기 좋았는데 오느날 저녁 늦은 시간에 따뜻한 물이 안나온 적이 있었음. 프론트가 있는 3층 부터 엘리베이터가 있기 때문에 프론트 까지 엘레베이터 이용헐 수 없음. 딱 방값만큼 이라 생각하면 됨.너무 큰 기대하지 않음 것이 좋음.

Fui a este lugar hermoso!!!! tengo la dicha de decir que este es uno de los mejores hoteles en los cuales estuve a pesar de todo el movimiento que tiene. En la recepcion me fui enamoradisima del chico en recepcion Johnny que me ayudo con la mayoria de diligencias haciendo realmente esta experiencia en el hotel muy pero muy hermosa. Por otro lado el desayuno al dia siguiente muy rico ahhhh y casi se me olvida tienen una terraza hermosa en la cual si o si debes tomarte una foto. Muchas gracias Johnny espero volver lo mas pronto posible.

Tiene una ubicación y vistas muy buenas y el trato es excelente por parte del personal, la mejor opción para reservar en Urubamba y sus restaurant a pesar que solo abre de miércoles a sábado prepara platos muy exquisitos, la relación calidad precio es de igual manera muy buena.

Ya van 2 veces que visito el lugar y cada vez mejora mas. Tiene una vista alucinante de la ciudad, servicios completos, habitaciones comodas y con todo lo necesario para relajar y no prepcuparse por nada. Amenities necesarios, el jacuzzi le da un toque de elegancia y la terraza es una verdadera joya, alli tienen un restaurante con una carta super interesante. No duden en visitarlo. 10/10

Posizione perfetta per visitare Urubamba e tutta la valle sacra con tutte le attività che si possono fare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere molto pulite e letti molto comodi. Mi hanno aiutato a organizzare varie attività ed escursioni. Super consigliato!
