The property claims there is an English speaker on staff. Not so! I normally wouldn’t have expected to be catered to, but if they are advertising English spoken, I expect them to keep their word. Not even a cup of instant coffee was available in the morning. Sounds from all the surrounding rooms (tv, family fights, etc) made sleeping a challenge.

No volvemos a hospedarnos en el hotel.
1) Excelente ubicación.
2) Muy incómodo el estacionamiento: queda a 2 cuadras y cada quien toene que estar abriendo y cerrando, porque no hay encargado.
3) El cuarto que nos tocó tenía fuga de agua en el baño y no se corrigió.
4) Hubo un evento con un huésped que tuvo que ser arrestado y cargado a una patrulla: fue muy mal gestionado por la Administrado del hotel.
