Pour nous Rien à dire sur la literie par contre un couple de plus de 80 ans avaient un canapé. L'accueil par la directrice glaciale pas sympa du tout,nous avons eu droit à un autre discours de sa part la veille de la fin de séjour aussi sympa qu'à l'arrivée pas agréable elle conviendrait dans un établissement pénitentiaire,dommage car l'endroit est agréable,pour les repas les mêmes entrées plusieurs jours a suivre,le pain manipuler par tout le monde au niveau hygiène pas terrible les carafes d'eau sur la table avant les repas l'eau n est pas fraîche une fontaine pour avoir de l'eau suivant nos besoins serait utile. Pour la chambre une chaise serait pratique et pour la douche un tapis pour ne pas glisser. Beaucoup de choses à revoir et a améliorer. Cordialement Mr Jean-Luc Soreau.

A fuir , si vous n'avez besoin de rien c'est l'endroit idéal. Animations rares et nulles et pareilles chaque semaines . Bar inexistant, ouverture aléatoire , prix élevés pour la prestation servie , rupture d'amuses bouches et de boissons frequents Fermé le samedi soir !!! La restauration est la même d'une semaine à l'autre . Pas de possibilité de café après le déjeuner car le bar n'est pas ouvert .

La chambre mériterait un bon rafraîchissement (peinture....). Salle d'eau exiguë, porte qui mériterait une réinstallation car elle ne reste pas ouverte.... Les repas sont très bons avec des spécialités de la région. Abondance des mets.... VVF de très bonne qualité. Je recommande car bien situé par rapport à la ville, à la plage....

Tout D'abord un grand merci a Julia responsable du service en salle, elle a été très pro et arrangeante .De plus elle parle aussi espagnol avec nos amis . La variété des plats n'est pas extraordinaire mais repas agréables . Le Site est proche de tout , nous avons pu aller visiter San Sébastien et il est proche de la plage , bémol le temps pas arrangeant mais on est en vacances .

Très bon accueil personnel charmant ! Le lieu est magique :) très bien placé Séminaire d'entreprise les chambres sont confortables Je souhaite revenir avec mes enfants cet été Nous avons adoré l'emplacement. Côté météo prévoir k-way et crème solaire dans la même journée !

Chambre très spacieuse Chaque chambre a un balcon Accueil très aimable Très bien situé a st jean de luz Manque d'insonorisation . Nous n'avons pas pris nos repas dans l'établissement.. mais nous avons cuisiné tous les dîners dans notre kitchenette très bien équipée

En premier, Un grand merci à Philippe en restauration un mec Extra Belle Continuation 👍.... Par contre au niveau plats extrêmement basiques aucun légume, que des féculents, peu de choix, des plats froids, pas de fromage le midi, redondance dans les desserts qui sont extrêmement médiocres, l'ensemble des denrées sont très bas de gamme, Nous étions une famille de 4 en pension complète très déçus de la restauration, les logements sont corrects par contre en haute saison je pense qu'il faut des boules quies car aucune isolation....
