Nice hotel in general poor reception service otherwise the rest restaurant bar very good service. I was all inclusive but many things had to be paid for.

Helaas heb ik de ervaringen van eerdere hotelgasten pas een dag voor vertrek gelezen. Hotel was inderdaad gedateerd en niet wat je op de foto’s voorgeschoteld krijgt. Overdag trekt de oceaan zich tussen 09.30 en 16.00 uur zo een ongeveer 400 meter terug uit de kust. Ga niet rechts van de pier richting het water. Ben hier tot kniehoogte in de vette blubber weggezakt. Wat kapot is wordt niet meer gemaakt en wordt verder ook niet verwijderd. Buffet was verder prima en zo ook de cocktails. We hebben de knop de volgende dag omgezet en hebben er samen een heerlijke week van gemaakt. Ik raad aan om naar de noordzijde van het eiland te gaan. Daar is echt azuurblauw water en daar is geen eb. Personeel is echt bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Je moet daar echt op de aangeboden prijzen pingelen. Trip naar de Hidden Beach is erg mooi en moet je echt tijd voor maken. Lunchen bovenop de rotsen met een waanzinnig uitzicht op de Indische Oceaan. Met een bootje de oceaan op geweest en gesnorkeld. Koraal leeft daar niet meer. Wel meerdere jonge dolfijnen gespot.

Wat een geweldige week hebben wij gehad op dit resort! De hotelmedewerkers zijn de meest vriendelijke, vrolijke en behulpzame mensen zoals ik eerder nooit heb meegemaakt in enig ander hotel; De maaltijden heb ik nog nergens zó lekker en gevarieerd gegeten; Mooie zwembaden en voldoende ligbedden; De kamers zijn netjes en voldoende ingericht; Het hele totaalplaatje is in één woord: geweldig!

Das Hotel ist zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer sind authentisch und sauber! Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und auch bei Sonderwünschen gerne behilflich. Den ganzen Tag wird im Hintergrund gearbeitet um das Areal top gepflegt zu halten. Die Pools sind geräumig und sauber und das Wasser ist traumhaft. Nur das Meer ist bei Ebbe weit entfernt, aber das war uns belannt. Das Essen ist vorzüglich und immer sehr vielfältig. Fisch, Huhn und Rind in verschieden Variation, grosses Salat und Nachspeisen Buffet und eine eigene Theke für die Kinder - tolle Idee! Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage bei Euch!

El primer día que llegamos ya nos robaron el teléfono de la habitación, los empleados o no sabemos quién fue nos dicen que al día siguiente que estemos a las 9:30 en recepción nos tienen hasta las 11:30 dando excusas sin ofrecernos un vaso de agua y encima se enfadan por la reseñas que ponemos no lo recomiendo para nada no se puede estar tranquilo no se puede es que después de esto ya nada y nos hicieron perder todo el día de vacaciones, y al final nos ofrecen el quedarnos gratis esta noche cuando ya teníamos otro Hotel contratado no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Bij aankomst moesten we 4 uur wachten op onze kamer. Paradise beach? Welke beach? Bij eb was het strand erg vies en het stonk behoorlijk. Ze zakte tot je enkels in de drap. Het eten .... van de 7 dagen zijn we 5 dagen ziek geweest van het eten. Iedereen die we spraken was wel 1 of meerdere dagen ziek geweest van het eten. Is er ook iets positiefs te melden? Ja het personeel met name de kamermeisjes waren super vriendelijk. Ik ben blij dat ik weer terug ben in Nederland. Ik zal dit resort dan ook absoluut niet aanraden.
