Nice hotel in general poor reception service otherwise the rest restaurant bar very good service. I was all inclusive but many things had to be paid for.

I visited this Fabolous Hotels earlier this month, the hotel is nice with lots of varieties , They have 3 Big Pools and 1 small for the kids,Three options of Restaurant to dine, Asia, India and Main Restaurant , provides breaks snacks every after meals, in short food and drinks available 24/7 .Having entertainments every evening. with the All inclusive package you can access any Bar any time. I recommend this Hotel .

Niestety, pobyt w Paradise Beach Resort był rozczarowaniem. Największym problemem była zaginiona walizka, za którą nikt nie chciał wziąć odpowiedzialności. Obsługa hotelu była niekompetentna i nie wykazała żadnej chęci pomocy – zamiast realnych działań słyszałem tylko puste obietnice. Walizkę zgubiła osoba zajmująca się bagażami, ale mimo zgłoszenia sprawy hotel umył ręce i nie zrobił nic, by ją odnaleźć.

Bardzo ładny hotel, pokoje typowo w afrykańskim stylu, przestrzenne i czyste, nowa klimatyzacja działająca bez zarzutu (brakowało mi tylko normalnej szafy w salonie, bo nie było gdzie wypakować ubrań a w sypialni przydałoby się więcej wieszaków), widoki przepiękne, odpływy i przypływy robiły ogromne wrażenie, zmienność kolorów i głębokości wody to dodatkowa atrakcja, bez względu na wielkość odpływu zawsze była plaża dla gości, super Jetty bar i Coctail bar, wszędzie przemiła obsługa, zwłaszcza barmanka Jame i animatorzy James, Abdul i Abdula, dodatkowego uroku dodaje Emma i jej córeczka Doris, której uśmiech uprzyjemniał nam każdy dzień, swoją drogą Emma robi piękną biżuterię, jedzenie bardzo smaczne, przepyszne kalmary i ośmiornice oraz pizza z pieca a dla tradycjonalistów domowe frytki i różnego rodzaju makarony, wspaniałe wieczorne show, polecam też wycieczki z Józkiem oraz masaże na miejscu, podsumowując wspaniałe wakacje w pięknym miejscu, naprawdę nie rozumiem skąd te złe opinie, wystarczy wziąć pod uwagę, że to Afryka pole pole, hakuna matata i wszyscy będą zadowoleni ps. podróż Enter Air szybko minęła, obsługa bardzo miła, samolot dość nowy
