2020 Nisan ayı için 10 kişilik bir grup olarak %50 ön ödeme yaparak 3 gece için Beliz’i Otel'de rezervasyon yaptırdık. Covid dolayısı ile planladığımız tarihte tatilimizi gerçekleştiremedik ve otel yönetimi ileride ki bir tarihte aynı dönem için bu hakkımızdan yaralanabileceğimizi iletiler ve böyle bir zorlu süreçte otelede destek olmak amaçlı iyi bir fikir olduğunu düşünerek kabul ettik. 2022 Nisan için programımızı tekrar gündeme getirdik ve otel yetkilileri ile iletişime geçtik, oda fiyatlarında fahiş bir artış gerçekleşmiş olması nedeni ile 2 yıl önce ödemiş olduğumuz %50 lik rakamı %10 olarak sayıp ödemeyi tamamlarsak hakkımızın geçerli olduğunu ilettiler, maliyet artışı konusunda haklı olduklarını ancak bizimde 2 sene önce ödediğimiz bedelin bir maliyetinin olduğunu ilettik ve o tarihte ki Euro kuru ile ödememizi hesaplamalarını ve kalan bedeli gene euro ya endeksli ödemeyi teklif ettik, buna benzer iki taraf içinde adil olabilecek öneriler sunduk ancak kabul edilmedi ve karşılığında keskin ve üstten bakan bir tavırla arzu etmiyorsak otelde kalmak zorunda olmadığımız cevabını aldık, iki yıl önce ödediğimiz bedeli bize iade edeceklerini ilettiler. Otelin üslup ve yaklaşımından epey rahatsız olduğumuzu belirtmek isterim,

Absolutely everything! From the room to the restaurants , The view from balcony from the room and the pool were simply amazing. The location is absolutely magic. And very quiet . This place is really a bucket list place to stay at.

Sessiz, sakin, huzurlu, temiz, ferah, medeniyete yeterince yakın. Ben yürüyerek her ihtiyacımı karşıladım ama, araçla daha kolay olur. Yardımcı, kibar, güler yüzlü personel. Gıdadan meşrubata, iletişimden sağlığa; her türlü temel ihtiyaç otel içinde karşılanabiliyor. Beklentimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Çok memnun kaldım. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

We had a great experience, will be back. Beautiful, peaceful grounds with fruit trees, vegetables, olive groves. They serve their own organic produce at the restaurant on property. Great management, very clean, well run - they attended to our every need. The hotel is 3 minutes from Michelin star OD Urla restaurant and 5 min from the harbor. We loved our stay.
