Discomfort and rude yet expressive
There was no parking at our arrival and they sent us to park in a parking lot at least 2 blocks away, without even offering to take our stuff out of the car. WiFi didn’t connect with our passport number, and it took multiple calls with the staff until they were able to create manual user/pass for us to connect to the WiFi. There were spider webs in the room, attached in the picture. The fridge wasn’t working and after multiple requests, they didn’t swap the fridge nor offered to change our room. Extremely inexperienced staff.
