Very pretty hotel in nice grounds , with a lovely warm swimming pool. The food for lunch and dinner could be more inspired . The soup at dinner was very watery and spaghetti bolognese was very ordinary would have been nice to have something local, or a choice. Breakfast was limited, no yoghurt.no eggs cooked to order. The location was very central whilst we were there there was a festival in the little square next to the mission church which was attended by the local villagers with a very nice atmosphere. The hotel tour of the vineyard and next door school were very interesting and well worth going on. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

El hotel es bonito, muy rústico y acogedor, enclavado en el centro del pueblo con cercanía al mirador del Gallego por lo que es muy accesible y adecuado para trasladarte ahí y tener otro enfoque de la belleza de las Barrancas del Cobre; también es muy cercano a la estación del Chepe y además de la visita al mirador ofrece opción de caminata y cata de vinos por lo que hay diferentes opciones para para disfrutar. Aquí sí nos quedaron a deber con la comida porque las raciones no eran pequeñas, eran ínfimas por lo que lo comentamos con el chef, ojalá que tome la opinión y se mejore tanto la sazón como las raciones. Varios de los compañeros de grupo incluso comentaron que este paso se podría haber obviado en el recorrido y yo comenté que no porque tiene atractivos, sólo que deben mejorar el servicio.

Excelente cata de vinos, ambiente muy bonito y romántico, excelente atención de Manuel. Habitaciones muy bonitas limpias y cómodas. Alberca 24 horas y la comida deliciosa. Nos hicieron una cena romántica preciosa y la vista al viñedo que tienen las habitaciones es espectacular

Muy buen trato en todos los servicios, y César Rivera el Mixologo, nos preparó bebidas muy buenas y con una actitud que invitaba a más personas. Los compañeros de viaje probamos algunas de sus especialidades. Muy bello lugar, vale la pena viajar y conocer estos lugares. Gracias

Excelente servicio, en especial de César el barista, muy ricas sus bebidas y muy atento (: La alberca, como a las 7 de la tarde está muy calientita. Recomiendo el lugar, muy acogedor. Las habitaciones un poco calientes pero es lo de menos, buena estancia.

Me parece extraordinaria mi experiencia desde que llegamos Jessica la recepcionista muy amable nos explicó de maravilla , el mesero Mauricio nos atendió de maravilla. El mixologo César es súper talentoso y con amplio conocimiento del tema, innovador y habilidad por, la gerenta Carmen es excelente en el concepto de atención al cliente, y el chef Alejandro Álvarez excelente la comida deliciosa como nunca he probado.

Lugar acogedor, sencillo, auténtico. Lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal. Menciono en especial al capitán Manuel, al mesero Mauricio, a Hugo el trasladista y a las chicas de recepción. En los hoteles Balderrama La gente se percibe feliz de trabajar.
