Ich schreibe diese Bewertung, weil das Abendessen wirklich eine positive Überraschung war! Es gab u.a. zwei Menus zur Auswahl, ich wählte das vegetarische. Ein sehr gut zusammengestellter Teller mit verschiedenen Gemüsen, und jedes einzelne war gut gewürzt und abgeschmeckt. Zum Abschluss noch ein gutes Dessert. Das alles zum moderaten Preis (in Verbindung mit der Übernachtung). Ich habe das Lob gerne an die Köchin weiter geleitet. Und diesmal habe ich gerne die Bewertung geschrieben.

We stopped here on a motorbike tour of the Alps and I've never been made to feel so welcome in a hotel - the staff were absolutely fantastic, the location is incredible and the rooms clean and comfy. Food was great, if I'm ever passing through again I'll make a point of stopping here again.

Es ist einfach nur ein Genuss hier zu speisen. Zudem kommt hinzu, dass man von einem sehr guten und sehr netten Service bedient wird. Die Gastgeber sind sehr kompitent, herzlich, freundlich, haben stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und immer sehr gute Laune. Man fühlt sich einfach wie zu Hause, familiär und sehr sehr wohl hier im Hotel wie auch im Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sehr sauber und auch die Zimmermädchen stets gut gelaunt und sehr nett. Der Ausnlick ist fantastisch und es ist einfach nur ein "MUSS" hier zu speisen und auch ein paar Nächte zu verbringen in diesem wunderbaren Hotel Tiefenbach! Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit hier. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen ;)
