Hotel de cinco estrellas que en España estaría en un tres estrellas. Externamente el hotel tiene una buena imagen, pero a la que empiezas con detalles és dónde ves sus limitaciones. El baño pequeño y bastante incómodo, las almohadas requieren una revisión, aunque la habitación era amplia. El buffet restaurante tenía mucha variedad pero repetitiva en ensaladas y muy limitada en platos principales. Su ubicación tampoco la valoro positivamente, está a veinte o treinta minutos de la zona urbana y si cómo fue nuestro caso el clima no acompaña, pues te incomoda el desplazamiento.

Hotel muy bueno. Habitación muy grande, muy completa y limpísima. Desayuno y comida excelentes, muy surtido el buffet. Loa camareros muy correctos, profesionales y muy atentos a las necesidades de los clientes, RECEPCIÓN; trato exquisito, muy profesionales y serviciales, pero fuimos atendidos, mi Esposa y yo por uno de los Recepcionistas que hablaba correctamente el español, pido disculpas porque perdí el papel donde anoté su nombre. Muy amable y correcto. Recomendaría éste Hotel, tiene buenos salones y buenas instalaciones, limpieza MUY BUENA, las camareras de piso muy eficientes y aportan mucha limpieza, buffet excelente y,...lo mejor, el Personal, muy atentos a los clientes, muy amables con todo. Hotel smelled of cigarettes everywhere. Room was too hot and no way to turn it down. Has to leave window open. Beautiful location, wish we could have enjoyed pool.

Stayed here 2 nights as part of a group tour. This was my favorite stay amongst all the hotels during our trip. The guests predominantly are from group tours as there were 10 huge motor coaches parked outside overlooking my assigned room. My room was rather nice compact but comfortable, crisp sheets, and clean. I love that the large window opens wide; unfortunately, my room faces the bus parking lot. My room was equipped with a small fridge and coffee maker, small tv with 2 english channels, 2 complimentary bottled water. The bath is typical euro style with half glass shower. Our included breakfast and dinner buffet were outstanding with extensive selection of hot and cold dishes. Disappointed our hot air balloon ride was cancelled due to heavy snow. Based on other reviews, some rooms might be modernized than others; just ask for a nicer room. The outdoor facilities look nice but not open in winter.

Для того чтобы провести несколько дней в красивой кападокии, хороший вариант. Номер хороший и комфортный. Слышимость 100% правда. Ресторан не очень впечатлил. Большой, много народа, официанты не успевали обслуживать с напитками, хотя и за деньги. Но мы приехали не за едой, а впечатлениями. Холл и лобби уютные. Расположение отеля, не центр конечно, но автобусная остановка прямо перед отелем. Так же можно прогуляться пешком, до ближайших красивых мест и магазичиков. Бассейн был грязноват из за погоды. 17 градусов 30 июня, было неожиданно. У бассейна есть бар, с достаточно приемлимыми ценами. Больше развлечений не предусмотрено.

Merhabalar Eşimle birlikte tur defteri Seyehat Acentası ile Kapadokya turuna katıldım. Turumuz çok güzel geçti yorulduk ama güzel yerler gezdik ve bilgi sahibi olduk. Tur sonu bize vaat edilen 5 yıldızlı Mustafa otele geldik. 165 nolu oda bize tahsis edildi. Otelde karşıladan çıkışa kadar bizleri çok güzel ağırladılar. Hijyen, oda düzeni, kahvaltı, akşam yemeği harikaydı. Her türlü isteğimize ivedilikle cevap veren otel personeline ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Teşekkürler tur defteri barış bey ve Mustafa otel ailesi.
