O Hotel é lindo, os quartos também são muito interessantes, fora tem uma parreira com uvas, maravilhoso...o visual dele é lindo, e bem intimista....o pessoal de lá muito receptivo...a localização tb é muito boa, dá pra ir no centrinho a pé... Porém quanto as refeições deixaram muito a desejar tanto no café da manhã ou no jantar.... Se chegar meio tarde, algumas comidas acabam... Poucas opções, e no café da manhã nem ovos mexidos tinha.... Comida era saborosa porém muito pouco....se fosse repetir, não tinha mais... Sobremesa era melancia todo dia...afff...nada de doces maravilhosos que tinha no outro hotel que meu grupo ficou... me arrependi de ter optado por esse hotel. Precisam melhorar e muito a parte da gastronomia... Sou dona de Agência de Viagens e com certeza , não vou indicar esse hotel...Pagamos 75 dólares a mais pela experiência , na diária, mas não valeu a pena...Não indico..

AN absolutely lovely hotel, an old house from the 17th C. The old part is like an oriental labyrinth, public rooms decorated with carpets,cushions,sofas etc etc. Food was good, the bedrooms cosy , clean and very original. Their nice garden is with a pool.

Nestled in the busy part of the town, it looked dated, but fitted in well with the cave surroundings. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and had hot water running through the taps 24 hours. There was a Turkish bath place in the bathroom. There are 2 swimming pools, the restaurant sitting area is adequate- the food delicious and catered to Turkish cuisine. The WiFi signal was good. There were 2 good dogs there very cute and friendly. There are cave houses in the mountains nearby. These are not used for residence.

Cet hôtel est un exemple de paix, de repos et de satisfaction client. Tous les espaces sont bien entretenus, la grande pelouse permet de s'installer tranquillement pour profiter des lieux. Le personnel est au petit soin. Il y a de nombreux choix de chambre. 2 piscines permettent de sécuriser les enfants d'un côté et offrir du repos aux adultes de l'autre. Des tourterelles, des moineaux y ont élu domicile ce qui rend l'endroit magique et apaisant. Un bonjour à Badem, la mascotte des lieux et merci pour ce séjour ❤️

Шикарный отель с двумя бассейнами, джакузи и со своей зеленой территорией. Есть даже джакузи и хамам прямо в номерах. Моя комната была с джакузи и в настоящей пещере. Приложу колоритные фото. А ещё в отеле есть искусственный водопад и огромная полянка для практик йоги в уединении, по утрам мне было очень приятно заниматься под пение птиц в саду. Завтраки и ужины на хорошем уровне, есть из чего выбрать даже привередам, готовят очень вкусно, все блюда всегда свежие. Персонал заботливый, помогал мне по всем вопросам. Со смотровой площадки с одного из корпусов отеля открывается отличный вид на окрестности. Локация отеля просто супер, легко прогуляться пешком до центра городка, но городского шума в отеле нет, и до шаров можно доехать всего за 10 минут.

Ailecek havuza gittik ve 2.5 yaşındaki oğlum için yetişkin parası 250tl ödeme aldılar!!! Yetişkinleri anlarım ama çocuklardan yetişkin parası alınması ısrarcı olunması!!! Havlulardan da ekstradan 25tl alınması büyük bir haksızlık. Çocuk havuzu etrafında arılar istilası var olabildiğince çoklar ve havuzun içinde bilegimden ısırdı. Çocuklar için tehlikeli! Düş alınan yerler örümcek ağlarıyla dolu!! Çalışana derdini anlatıyorsun böyle değildi diyorsun, yüksek sesle çıkışını verelim diyor. Bizi yönlendiren personelin tavrı, konuşmasi bizi çok üzdü.

- no shuttle service was made known Room- the room is built with cave stones. mattress slightly too soft, you sit and it sinks at the side. AC location is weird, it mostly blows into the small room and toilet. Haha. Wonder why. They had small bottles of shampoo, 2 bottles of water, towels, kettle in your room. No coffee or tea packets though. Food- typical turkish fare for breakfast, bread , jam, beans and salad. They have a coffee machine. Partner was damm happy. Was not happy during our first dinner there. Not sure why they squeezed us into the small room, on the left, after the buffet line. Feedback and they changed after. Service- helpful. But they don't really speak even basic English but they kindof understand. Location - about 10 minutes walk to town centre but do note it's possibly 15 minutes back as it's uphill. They had a bath hamman there but it's closed during our stay. And too windy for balloon ride too.
