Ureshino Onsen Kotobukiya

방이 시원하고 벌레없고 온천도 좋았어요. 물이 좋아요. 깔끔하고 제공된 서비스가 좋았어요. 사장님이 친절해요. 양치도구, 면도기, 머리끈, 화장솜, 면봉 등등 기본으로 제공되고 수건도 커서 좋았습니다. 위치도 나이스해요.

We had a very bad experience at this ryokan. We had booked a room with a river view for 2 nights. They gave us the wrong room, much smaller and without a view. I had to negotiate for 30 minutes with the manager on the phone to get her to give us the room we had booked for our second night. We received no compensation from the establishment for the inconvenience. We were very disappointed because this place is truly unworthy of Japanese standards. The hotel has no charm, the rooms have no decoration and no soul, it's a shame for the price you pay. In addition, there are no showers!! There are only showers in the public onsen, which is forbidden to people with tattoos... so if you have tattoos or are not comfortable with showering naked in front of everyone, you simply cannot wash! The river view room is still nice, but only because of the view. They provide a 2L bottle of water and there is no water dispenser. Access to the private "small onsen" costs 1500 yen but you can barely sit in it for two people because it is so small. It is a rip-off. We were expecting a real Japanese experience in the pretty little town of Ureshino but that was not the case at all.

The three of us stayed in a 6 tatami room, and it was a perfect place to stay. All amenities were provided, the building was nice and clean, and best of all, it was cheap to be able to enjoy the hot spring water straight from the source. It was a really nice place to stay.

It's warm and the room is clean! The owner is also kind!! It's a little inconvenient that there's no bathroom in the room, but it's good enough for a small group.

The hotel is on the main street. Compared with the generally small rooms in Japan, this hotel room should be considered relatively large. The hot spring is very small and can only accommodate three people. The service is also good. Overall satisfied

It’s my first time to experience a Japanese B&B. Most of the guests are Japanese, some traveling with families and some elderly couples. The furniture in the common areas is simple and exquisite. Each room is particularly clean and equipped with 2L free mineral water and tea making sets. It feels like home, with thoughtful care. The public bathroom and washroom are also very warm and clean. The hot spring ♨️ is not big, and I didn't meet any other guests after taking a dip twice. It was very comfortable and comfortable. You can go again next time you have a chance.
