The staff member's attitude at check-in was condescending and unpleasant, but the next person was very nice. The other staff were also nice. I really don't want to deal with one of them again.

We had our wonderful 2 night stay at Tokyo Disneyland. We booked for 3 rooms, It is one of our favorite and most memorable experiences. Though we had a hard time checking in due to some language barrier but still our stay was so worth it

It was truly the best!
The location was great. When we opened the window at night we could hear the sounds of Disneyland and it felt like we were inside Disney forever.
It had a luxurious feel and the service was attentive.
The cute amenities had a sign on the back saying to take them home as a memory, which my kids were really impressed.
It was a wonderful hotel where we could stay in a Disney dream forever.

Checking in and dropping off luggage took a long time.
The bell desk from the room took a long time to respond. They said it would take 15 minutes to serve a single pair of chopsticks.
The only amenities provided were toothbrushes. You could order anything else via the TV or over the phone.
The TV also seemed to be connected via Wi-Fi, so it took a while to turn on. Perhaps because of this, it was unstable even when connected to a computer.
