Frustrating experience
I had a quite frustrating experience because the system got overbooked. I arrived at the hotel very tired after many delays of the flights, and I have been assigned a different room (Economy) instead of that I booked (Studio room). On the second day, I supposed to be assigned a Studio room, but after I entered in the new room, all was messed up and it seemed to be under restoration. After this, I finally was assigned the correct room (Studio room).
Despite the facts that I received the compensation and the staff were very nice and professional, I am writing this comment in order to let the management team to be aware that the system needs to be revised and improved. I hope they will take an action immediately, just to prevent other people from having the same experience as I had.
I hope the management of the hotel will see this comment as a constructive one, and I will return to this hotel to check if they have implemented some changes on the system.
