The staff are very welcoming. In fact everyone that passed was very friend. The staff made up for the hotel. Our room and bathroom was large but very tiered. It definitely need s makeover .sorry for telling the truth it needs money spent on it and it would be a great place to come to. We look forward with interest if it gets a,injection of money we will be back.

Very nice and helpful staff. Silky smooth checkin and check out. Exceptional breakfast. Room is a bit dated but still spacious enough for 3 people. Hotel environment is great too. Lots of facilities… thought we didn’t have a chance to use them. Highly recommend.

Worst hotel I have dealt with Very out dated rooms and reception area. Staff arent helpful at all and are very rude . Terrible customer service. Manager always in "meetings" and never calls you back. Grounds look ran down too and very poorly maintained Restaurant very over priced for value. I would never use again and advise others not too either.

My husband and I had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I want to mention Kiran and Clair specifically who helped us navigate a challenging health issue during our stay. The facility was top notch and elegant, and the restaurant was memorable as well.

Do not go to these places if you enjoy a drink £20 for a beer and a white wine which is crazy crazy crazy but alcohol does not contribute to your meal ............. absolute nonsense intent on ripping you off could right here forever hotel is never 5 star a very dated 3 star

Hotel looks lovely & grounds & courtyard are beautiful. Our room was tired decor wise although bed was comfy. I have given a poor rating as we got no sleep. Booked for 1 night as visiting family locally & was not informed there was a wedding on (Thursday). Our room was very close to the function suite & overlooked the beautiful courtyard. Music was very loud as were the guests until 1 am & I could still hear people at 3am. Of course fun should be had at a wedding but despite asking for another room this was apparently not possible. Eventually got to sleep after 3am to be wakened at 7am by an artic lorry & 2 men working below our window at 7am! Had just about lost the will to live at that point. We did get some money back & we were not the only guests complaining in the morning. Due to this I will not stay again & would not recommend.

Our day was absolutely fantastic, the food, the spa, the scenery, just lovely. I had a full body massage with Danielle, she was amazing!! The best massage I've had and I've had a lot, she was also so polite and lovely, she made me feel very welcome and relaxed
