The people working in the hotel are great, they are very friendly and helpful!
The room in general is very clean, but the hotel has many flies flying around, especially during breakfast, there are many flies just lying on the bread and also flying around our food.
Location from the hotel to city center is around 20~30 minutes walk, and there is a bus passing by the hotel every 20~30 minutes as well, for us it is alright, but we need to check the schedule to make sure we don't miss the bus, otherwise we will need to wait another 30 minutes for next bus or just walk to the city center.

All staff went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. The double room was clean and very well equipped with a lovely balcony and bathroom. The dining room is cosy with excellent food and outstanding service. The breakfast was also excellent and varied. The spa was amazing and very welcome with a huge sunny area to chill out after a sauna and steam bath. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. Highly recommended.

J'ai séjourné dans cet établissement du 17 au 18 janvier 2025 avec ma famille et grâce à tout le personnel, j'ai passé un superbe séjour!! C'était vraiment génial!! L'hôtel est très joli, très "cosi" avec une décoration très Suisse. Les chambres sont magnifiques! Nous avons mangé au restaurant et nous nous sommes régalés, tout était parfait de la nourriture au personnel! Sur le petit déjeuner, idem rien à redire, tout était top. Il y avait du choix et des aliments frais et savoureux. Super point positif, les massages et le SPA!!!!!!!!!!! Vraiment je conseille cet endroit car sincèrement, c'était génial!! MERCI!!!!!!!
