We had booked a family room for 3 adults. The picture of the room at the time of booking was different from what we were offered. When I eventually reported it to the owner, she checked and by then Agoda was showing the same room that was offered to us. Being on the third floor, and no elevator or concierge, carrying up and down the luggage was an inconvenience. The hotel is kind of cute little property a bit off the Central Lucerne but with some nice restaurants close by. The room offered certainly did not appear to be close to 26 sq mts as mentioned on Agoda. Apart from the reservations mentioned, it was a fairly good experience.

Caratteristico hotel con facciata in legno in zona tranquilla e comoda al centro, vicinissimo allla stazione ferroviaria di Interlaken Ovest. Wi-fi gratuiti; colazione buona e abbondante compresa nel prezzo; incluso nel prezzo anche la tessera per girare con alcuni mezzi pubblici gratis.
