The whole building is a room, the hotel-style apartment is considered, and free coffee and various tea bags are also provided. I am very satisfied with a cup of tea when I go out. The traffic is also more convenient. There is a bus stop at the door to the subway station.

I am very happy with staying in the Feringapark.
In the room I felt well, breakfast is getting good. The rooms for breakfast I feel very invited and very comfortable. The measure of planting tree instead of room cleaning has impressed me very much.
In my eyes, only small things are optimized:
1) a kind of handy update on whether a tree has actually been planted for saving room cleaning
2) When breakfast was asked twice within 20 minutes by two different employees: “Can I disturb you and ask your room number?”
Ootimable: not ask for excuse, but of course ask for the room number. The personal conditions are disturbing.
3) The same thing about the ticket: once the 24h ticket did not work, I had to switch it. It was asked for an excuse many times. Optimisable: instead of “necessary” to apologize, You prefer to invite you directly to a benefit of the hotel: for example “please allow a free coffee for discomfort” or similar. This gives a better feeling.
4)The signs and indications are not very clear from deep garage to reception. Confusion at arrival is not very pleasant.
What I very much liked is the warmth and hearthness of Konrad and Anita and the Azubi. And of the staff at the cafe. Very hearty, very premature, very courteous.

Although the location of the hotel is biased, there is 233 bus downstairs, and the connection is very convenient. Hotel hardware is new and clean, modern style hotel.
But this is the only one I have requirements for the number of occupants in my local hotel stay. The King size bed room did not pay attention to the one person. When I was rejected for two people, I asked for an extra charge and an additional 38 euros per day. It was late at check-in and quite tired, the location was remote, eager to rest, no argument. No receipt or voucher was issued after the front desk received the payment.
Overall, the operation at the front desk was quite unacceptable. The only thing that dissatisfied me about the entire Munich trip. The service rating is the reason for this, no matter how good the hardware is, the breakfast is rich, and the hearts of the guests cannot be restored.

I have to say that this full 5 stars is for the Ctrip specialist. Our Chinese App is much better than the European one in terms of service, quality and convenience.
The room is not big, the bathroom is especially small, and the service is so-so. It is 6 minutes away from the subway station. There is a McDonald's opposite. I ate there for a few days. It is 3 stops away from the Allianz Arena and about 10 stops away from Maria Square. It is quite convenient. There is bus No. 177 when going out.
The front desk service is indifferent and is not very helpful to people who don't speak English.

The room is comfortable and quiet. The window cannot be opened and there is no shading. The car show is really too wife _＞ `cool like it! Although the location is not in the city, it is not a few stops in the city center by subway. It is really convenient and cost-effective than the city. The merchant provided the photo for real, I forgot to take it 😂

Unfortunately, a group of young people were staying directly opposite and they were very loud and inconsiderate until 4 a.m. Why don't they give a group rooms on the edge of the floor, but right in the middle? Sleeping was out of the question. The windows facing the street were very loud. The rooms are not particularly attractively designed - other low-cost chains can do better.

It's a bit far from the subway station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. It is recommended for friends who are traveling by car. There is a gas station and a McDonald's opposite. The hotel is very clean. The only drawback is that the lights in the room cannot be turned off. Once turned off, all lights will be turned off. , the shower water pressure is a bit low.
