Das Hotel hat uns nicht gefallen. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht! - Schimmel in der Dusche!!! - Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen - Zimmer für Allergiker ÜBERHAUPT NICHT geeignet!! Wir mussten das Fliegengitter abbauen, damit überhaupt frische Luft in das Zimmer kam. Das Fliegengitter war total verstaubt und dreckig! Der Teppich war für einen Hausstauballergiker die Hölle! Bei den Kissen und Decken möchte ich garnicht erst anfangen. - Keine Allergikerbettwäsche! Haben wir in einem 4 Sterne Hotel noch nie erlebt! - Für einen Parkplatz im Innenhof 10€ zu verlangen ist nahezu unverschämt - Personal nicht besonders freundlich - Fitnessraum schrecklich - Saunabereich überhaupt nicht schön, dunkel und alt

Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, um mit der Familie ein ruhiges Wochenende in der Nähe von München zu verbringen. Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt in vielen Punkten nicht den Erwartungen. Bereits beim Check-in war die Begrüßung alles andere als freundlich. Der Herr an der Rezeption machte einen sehr ungepflegten und genervten Eindruck. Auf einfache Fragen reagierte er teils sehr pampig. Es war auch auffällig, dass im Rezeptionsbereich E-Zigarettenrauch wahrnehmbar war – zwar nicht offen geraucht, aber der Geruch und sichtbarer Rauch ließen daran wenig Zweifel. Was uns besonders irritiert hat: Wir beobachteten, wie der Rezeptionist zusammen mit Personal aus der Küche Bier konsumierte – während der Arbeitszeit. Kurz darauf kam es zu lautstarkem Geschrei im Empfangsbereich und aggressivem Verhalten, was für uns und besonders unsere Kinder sehr unangenehm war. Auch beim Frühstück war leider kein positiver Eindruck zu gewinnen: Der Bereich war nicht gründlich gereinigt, der Boden klebte und das Personal arbeitete ohne Handschuhe mit Lebensmitteln. Insgesamt hatten wir nicht das Gefühl, in einem familienfreundlichen oder professionell geführten Hotel zu sein. Für Familien mit Kindern können wir diesen Betrieb in der aktuellen Form nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren nach einem Heimspiel des FC Bayern dort für eine Nacht. Es ist gut von der Arena erreichbar. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Es war alles so wie es sein soll.

Also für 1 nacht war es völlig ausreichend..
Wir waren in einem nebenkomplex untergebracht..
Es war sauber,aber bis auf das bad,glsube ich etwas in die jahre gekommen..
Frühstücksbuffet war ,meiner auffassung wenig auswahl..aber das sieht wahrscheinlich jeder etwas anders..
Einkaufmöglichkeit zu fuss etwas weit,aber gut ,wir brauchten für eine nacht nicht viel..

The ONLY reason they did not get five stars is that it is somewhat chaotic in the am. Housekeepers are milling about and people are toting suitcases down the stairs. Walls are very thin, so I got woken up about 7.
But ambience and food and location in regards to arena were excellent!
