Otele işim dolayısıyla geldim ancak tatil gibi bir hafta geçirdim. Gerek konaklaması gerek kahvaltısı ve spor salonu ile havuz keyfi gerçekten çok güzeldi. Spor ve dinlenme için de iş dışında kalan zamanı değerlendirebilmek beni çok mutlu etti. Oğuzhan Ergin Yiğit Beyin yardımları ve ilgisi sayesinde memnuniyetim daha da katlandı. Kendisine ayrı olmak üzere oteldeki tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederim. Karaman'a geldiğime ve bu güzel otelde kaldığıma çok sevindim.

Otele erken giriş yaptığımızda resepsiyondan Betül Hanım ve Mehmet Bey bize çok yardımcı oldu ve odamızı hemen teslim etti onlara çok teşekkür ederiz.Odalar lekeli ve tozlu banyo aynası hariç tertemizdi, tek kişilik yataklar çok dardı ilk renovasyonda daha geniş yatak boyutu mutlaka seçilmeli, duş bonesi ve otel terlikleri çok çok kalitesiz daha iyi olabilir,rahatsız etmeyin kartları yerine kullanılan tuşlar çalışmıyordu ve sabah 7 de yüksek sesli TV ile kahvaltı yapmak bence herkesin tercih edebileceği bir ortam yaratmıyordu ve kahvalti menüsü geniş seçeneklere rağmen lezzetli değildi. Bu olumsuzlukları hizmet kalitesinin arttırılması amacı ile belirttim.Genel olarak Karaman'da rahat bir 2 gün geçirdim tüm otel personeline ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.
