The Millbrook Inn

This Inn is an absolute gem. We just stayed 2 nights - our sons had room 4 and we had room 8. They are both beautifully appointed. The bathrooms are new. The furniture is antique but the rooms all feel modern and spotlessly clean. The beds are so comfortable and the bedding is luxurious. We were given such a warm welcome when we arrived and shown to our rooms. The staff are fabulous! Both nights we enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores kit. The second evening before dinner we played bocce on the new bocce court and had so much fun. We ate dinner at a local Greek restaurant the first night which we regretted. We wish we had eaten in the Inn both nights. The restaurant is so pretty and the staff were lovely and the food was very fresh. We can’t wait to come back.

My wife and I and another couple stayed at The Millbrook Inn for three nights last week - We enjoyed our stay very much - The owner and entire staff are very friendly and helpful - The rooms and common areas are first class - The area is beautiful and The Millbrook Inn is perfectly located to use as a home base to explore the Hudson River Valley scenic and historic attractions -

Luxury retreat Recently renovated luxury B&B - great service, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, fabulous bar. We also ate at their restaurant on one night which was also excellent - small menu, but well executed. Very relaxed atmosphere. In a rural area, but town of Millbrook with cute shops and additional restaurants not far. About 20-30 minutes to many sites along Hudson.

Exceptionally delightful room and wonderful experience. We stayed two nights in the Anne room. Innkeeper, Suzanne made sure all our needs were met. Very engaging. The breakfasts were wonderful, and locally sourced. Yogurt, oats, and berries, along with cranberry scones. Also, eggs, bacon, toast, along with farm fresh cantaloupe melon. We arrived early for brunch on Sunday and found it really great. Didn't have dinner at Vintage but would think it very good. Bed was comfy and firm, with lots of pillows. Radiant heating in the spacious bathroom. Toiletries and towels in bathroom were top shelf. Fluffy bathrobes, and fluffy wash cloths. Fresh drinking water in cute glass ewers, with matching glass cups in the desk area. TV is quirky because of rural satellite system, but you eventually get the routine. No fridge in the room and they understandably appear to discourage food in the room. Outdoor deck and seating area is a very nice feature with view of neighboring horse farm. Shower could have a bit more water pressure, but shower is very spacious. Cookies in early evening, while we called down for hot tea in early evening which was kindly provided. Some might expect more for the price being paid per night, but the hospitality is very pleasant and the quality on everything is very top notch.

Perfect weekend at the Millbrook inn exactly what we were looking for - beautiful inn, unbelievably well appointed. We felt taken care of the whole weekend. Well located, near cute towns, wineries and distilleries. Great to be able to have dinner there one night (a delicious dinner) and not have to worry about driving. We would definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and everything looked new, but without losing its history. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice bar with a great selection of NYS sourced products. Bartender Maggie - was awesome!
