Yes I had troubles checking in which were my fault. When one person of my group arrived first they were rude with the front desk because he wouldn’t allow them to be added to the reservation without me present. However, the situation was handled and I called ******* to change the name on the reservation so she could enter. The other person in my party confirmed the front desk assistant became rude, frustrated and irritated with her. When I arrived 25 minutes later. He first told me that because that one person in my group was rude. He can’t check me in despite my reservation. I didn’t say anything. I just called ******* again to change the name of the reservation so I could then be checked in. The Main problem here is the room, 252 It was half renovated with a torn chair, the bathroom had hair and other stuff inside the tub. The side of front door was pealing like it had been kicked in. The room smelled of heavy smoke and mildew. It was missing new furniture like a desk and chair and proper flooring. the bathroom fan had been pulled from the wall, the tub needed new caulking and the floor and counters were All dirty. When I called the front desk to ask for a new room I did not complain about none of the issues accept the smoke. I explained over the phone: “I am not upset with you but I booked a smoking room by accident, could you move me to a non smoking room please” I also stated “I’m allergic to the smell of smoke my eyes and nose are burning” when I got the desk he stated “ because of the incident earlier with the other member of the group, he doesn’t want to check me into a different room.” He said “I’m going to check you into another room but I don’t want to because it has now been two issues with you. This occurred at 10 o’clock at night. This location needs to be removed from the Travelocity app and *******. For the rude customer service, lack of sensitivity and humility toward customers, and the condition of the rooms they are trying to charge for. The new room I was switched to was cleaner and smelled cleaner but The bed sheets had pizza stains Which I’m switching out. The door is missing the hotel lock. And the shower soup dish needs new caulking and the toilet had urine on it. However it was a heck of an upgrade from what I was first presented with. Other than the issues listed above, I didn’t have to be spoken to in the manner he chose. He also didn’t need to try to make it seem like he was doing me a favor to switch me out a dirty foul smelling room to a clean one. My hard earned money can and will be spent somewhere else. I will never forget how I was treated and This neighborhood is not one where I can sleep comfortably without a hotel lock. After driving two hours to get here, i wanted to leave immediately after he constantly and repeated told me that he doesn’t want here at his establishment. I will never be back. I am telling everyone I know to never come here.

My room was filthy and I had cigarette burns in my sheets . It was supposed to be a non smoking room

This is the worst establishment you could ever stay at. Rude, disrespectful and absolutely a terrible business of “hospitality”.

The man running front desk was very not business like while we was there another visitor asked for clean towels he told them no he was asking themhe was very rude to us over the bank card issue the bed was nothing but springs had dirty floors wont be staying there again only reason my mother in law is in the hospital mercy health anderson
