Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Check-in was a nightmare – the front desk attendant, Lee, clearly didn’t know what he was doing. We were given our first room only to find it full of gnats. After switching to a second room, we later discovered there was no hot water. The following evening we were moved yet again, and finally, everything seemed to work properly. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability from management. The manager never spoke to us directly, never apologized, and made no effort to make things right. After all the inconvenience, we expected at least a basic apology, but that never happened. We will not be staying here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tub has a rapid drip and very difficult to get any hot water for a shower. Stain on the comforter. Floor need to be vacuumed.

Don’t stop here! The hotel is hiding in the dark. Strange man standing next to our room without a shirt. He looked like he was up to something. We looked into our room and hubby said nope. Didn’t stay! Lost $108.00 but it was worth it.

The hotel room looks almost nothing like the pictures. Everything is older and outdated where the pictures make it look remodeled. The beds were very firm and the comforter had holes in it. definitely cheap...so you do get what you pay for here.

The property itself was very clean. The area around it was nice enough as well. My only real complaint and was very noticeable had to be the very, very uncomfortable mattess. It had zero fluff so to speak, felt like i was laying on the ground .

This hotel was dirty! Its also old but anything can be old and clean. Room smelled of smoke, we ants everywhere, the bathroom smelled like urine really bad. BUT the beds were clean and the linen as well. Im not one to leave a bad review but housekeepers on staff with the right tools could make a huge difference. The pricing was great and its near several restaurants and the mall.
