Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Check-in was a nightmare – the front desk attendant, Lee, clearly didn’t know what he was doing. We were given our first room only to find it full of gnats. After switching to a second room, we later discovered there was no hot water. The following evening we were moved yet again, and finally, everything seemed to work properly. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability from management. The manager never spoke to us directly, never apologized, and made no effort to make things right. After all the inconvenience, we expected at least a basic apology, but that never happened. We will not be staying here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room smelled terribly. The main light in the room was motion activated, so, any time anyone in the room moved at night, the lights came on.
There is no coffee maker or microwave in the room.
I understand, you get what you pay for but this place was nasty.

I accidently booked a monday instead of a friday night and the management would not refund my money. This hotel is a complete joke of a business. The lobby area smells bad too.

Theft
"No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out." Theft! They have found a manipulation of words. I had a multiple night stay prepaid. I showed up a day late to utilize the remainder of my prepaid stay. They had cancelled it, calling it a no show and took the money for my remaining nights.

This is an older property that they have obviously spent a lot of money remodeling and updating. You will still notice signs of it being an older property, but it is a good place to stay, at a good price.
The parking lot was full, so that should give you some idea of what the regulars think of it.
Don't expect a breakfast though. The muffins might not show up till after breakfast time is over.
At this price point, it is a good place to stay.
