Days Inn by Wyndham West-Eau Claire

Friendly, helpful amazing staff. Comfortable rooms. Modernized. Quiet, safe and relaxing. It is definitely my home away from home when in Eau Claire.

The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. I was fortunate to park very close to the door. My room was close to the pool and breakfast area. Pool and hot tub was clean. Only 2 towels left. They seemed to have a very small staff but really provided prompt and courteous service. It was quiet in my area. The breakfast was waffles, 2 cereal choices, yogart, toast, bananas, mandarins. The coffee was over by the vending machines. Very simple, but everything was fresh. The breakfast serving area and tables were clean. Met my expectations for wanting a good price for a one night stay. Provided what was advertised. Never felt unsafe. Solo traveler.

I stayed 2 nights and i was surprised i was not given clean towels. The stairs were not vacummed and breakfast area was not very clean.

Don't stay here The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was atrocious. I felt dirtier after my shower than before. The shower curtain had brown spots on it. The handhold on the soap area was missing. The big challenge was figuring out how to activate the shower. The diverter was missing the knob! There was no shampoo for the shower, just conditioner. Of all the empty rooms available, I'm not sure why we were given one that overlooked the rooftop, a shovel, a ladder and a large board. I feel entitled to a refund for this!

Took blacklight to the walls and it was scary looking. Very limited dining for the free breakfast shared milk gallons no coffee was made juice machiene was down

The hotel is good for the price. They appear to be updating. Painters tape still up in room. No shampoo or shower gel in shower. Both were empty. Only two towels. Breakfast was very limited. This could be a great location with a little more effort and attention to detail.
