We liked the front porch and peaceful setting. Torn screen doors- the back screen door didn’t even shut well. Sheets not comfortable & did not fit well. Bed not comfortable. Shower just didn’t look clean. The toilet not seated properly. Towels thin and did not absorb water at all. Needed another sitting chair. We understand a cabin is rustic but this cabin was not well cared for.

Incredible This play was nithing short of amazing. The beauty is in the imperfections. If youre not ok with that then this is not for you. The owners are incredible and communicate very well and are very accomodating. We will definitely be back.

Weekend for two We had a great private weekend for 2. It was quiet and relaxing at the cabin. Everything was simple to access and we were close to several destinations and excursions. We really enjoyed the weekend!

Pleasant Stay Nice little cabin, clean and well-appointed. Loft is barely accessible for a rather out-shape middle ager, but I didn't need to use it. Driveway entry is a little rutted, so be careful not to scrape anything going in if you're in a low sedan type car. Creek is nice, and a lakeside trail about a mile down the highway. Highly recommended.

Big Time in a Tiny Space Such a great little cabin. All the necessities were taken care of. Being able to bring our pup was icing on the cake! We enjoyed the fire pit, just cool enough to build a small fire in the evenings. The space is well planned and worked great for the two of us. We didn’t use the loft. The front porch and rockers were perfect for morning coffee. I will recommend this place to friends that go to the Blue Ridge area.

Nice and quiet It was very easy to get to, we had a little trouble getting up the driveway due to ice. Front porch need access, screen doors need handles. Really enjoyed the stay

Not what we were looking for This property would likely be best for those who aren’t planning on spending much time at their cabin. My boyfriend and I rented this place for a week, planning to go on a few hikes, but mostly staying at our cabin. It was just a few feet longer than our car, and the pictures gave me the impression that there were more beds than there are. The floors were a bit dirty, every usable surface was covered in decorations, the dining table is small, and everything just felt a bit off. The fire pit is also quite uneven, to the point you have to set all the chairs at the top of the slope, or else you’ll probably fall. We decided we’d have a nicer time at home and left the day after we arrived. My fault for not investigating this place a bit more, but quite disappointing none the less.
