Great stay and awesome rooms staff was great Andy was great. Property was clean sturdy. Pool was good and clean. Area was good with restaurants and shopping. The family was good and excited to be in that area. The stay was enjoyable and we will definitely returning.

There was a large gap between the door and the door jam letting in light and every sound from the hallway. Used bathroom tissue was on the floor. Stains on the bedding for both beds. You could see the base floor underneath the frayed spots of the carpet. The bathroom had holes in the wall from where the hair dryer was originally mounted and looking as though it was ripped out. The shower wall panel didn't fit so there was a 1 inch gap that was mostly filled in with grout. The grout that was not replaced was stained. Called in relation to the airport shuttle service and was told to call the front desk when I arrived to have them pick me up after I informed them that my flight arrived at 10:50 PM. Once I arrived I call the desk and they stated that the shuttle stops running after 10 PM. I verified with the desk after I checked in that I could get a ride back to the airport and was informed it runs from 6 AM to 10 PM. Day arrived to go back to the airport and I went down to the lobby during check out time and was informed that I did not schedule to be taken back to the airport. Andrew, the driver, was in the lobby at the time and dropped what he was doing to drive me to the airport.

We rented the room through ******* the reviews for the most part were 10 out of 10 so I thought OK. This will be a good hotel. It was not if you scroll through the hundreds of messages you’ll see the two out of 10 the four out of 10 this definitely is a two out of 10 hotel experience. The lampshades were stained. The lamp fixtures were rusted and dirty. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall there were cracks in the wall patches in the wall stains on the carpet stains on the walls. The bathtub had mildew on it. The hotel passed the lobby stunk. It appeared that people were living in the hotel Like an apartment complex Andie at the front was amazing. Very kind. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. There were no weird smells. The breakfast was served cold but they provided a microwave to warm it up.

Do not stay at this hotel they put us in a room and when we left for dinner, the door was fine and when we came back, the door was broken and could not be fixed and they wanted us to stay in the room. When we refused, we left, they would not refund us. There’s very shady stuff going on at this hotel.
