Mi estancia fue sencillamente fantástica. Ubicación inmejorable para explorar la localidad de Uncastillo. La habitación impecable y muy cómoda. Pero lo mejor fue el personal, siempre atento. Nos ayudaron al instante con un problema que tuvimos con el coche. El desayuno delicioso, variado, abundante y de calidad. Viajo mucho y de los mejores desayunos que he comido.

Impresionante alojamiento y mejores anfitriones. Un lujo a un precio ajustado. Limpio, bonito y bien ubicado en la comarca de las Cinco Villas. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que se acerque por allí. Vale cada euro que pagamos y alguno más. El desayuno espectacular, sencillo pero con gran producto de calidad. NO puedo más que recomendarlo.

Très charmant hôtel, avec une superbe ambiance. Dany et Valeria sont très accueillants et nous font tout de suite se sentir "à la maison". La cuisine est excellente, les plats bien présentés et variés. Uncastillo est un très beau petit village médiéval avec un riche héritage culturel et historique. Très belle et bonne expérience :O)

Une des meilleures adresses quand on chemine en Aragon. L'accueil et très chaleureux, la cuisine succulente et les chambres spacieuses. Des petits déjeuners pantagruéliques comme on les aime avant de partir en randonnée. De plus, le petit bar accueillant sur la place permet de boire de très généreuses rasades de bière ou liqueur de prunelle après une journéepassée dans les Bardenas ! Uncastillo est aussi un très beau village fortifié qui vaut le détour !

Pas d’autres avis que celui d’excellent ! Repasser comme nuitée et notamment grâce au bonheur qui se lit sur le visage de nos hôtes à nous accueillir. On est comme à la maison avec une attention particulière de Valeria et Danny. Sens du service avec bonheur de le rendre dans la chaleur hispanique.

Excellent accueil et cosy
Accueilli avec beaucoup d’attention par Daniel qui a mis les petits plats dans les grands pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.
Hôtel de campagne très cosy et confortable.

Die Posada de Uncastillo kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Posada liegt zentral gelegen ein bisschen abseits der Hauptverkehrsachse. Wir mussten zuerst ein bisschen suchen, als wir die Posada dann aber betraten fühlten wir uns sofort herzlich empfangen und bestens umsorgt. Die Posada strömt Ruhe, Gelassenheit und Stil wider. Das Zimmer ist wohl nicht so gross, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und adrett hergerichtet. Das Highlight folgte dann aber Abends beim Nachtessen. Die Mahlzeiten waren sehr köstlich und reichlich. Der fein abgeschmeckte Hase war eine Offenbarung. Zum Schluss "verführte" uns der Gastgeber noch mit einer Degustation von lokalen Likören und Schnäpsen. Die Nacht war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Zum Frühstück gab es reichlich und mit lokalen Spezialitäten.
