Atendimento dos melhores que eu já recebi, comidas e bebidas de excelente qualidade e a beleza natural única com uma localização muito estratégica pois existem um aeroporto privado com voos direto de São Paulo. . Como melhoria apenas reforma dos quartos, está no momento de modernizar.

Parabéns a todos os colaboradores do hotel. Com destaque às bebidas!! Elogio específico: ao “Binho” do Poker, que com muita generosidade, paciência, respeito e educação acolhia todas as pessoas que tinha interesse em jogar e principalmente aprender. Didática impecável! Crítica construtiva: os tacos da sinuca já estão mais velhos e desgastados. Acredito que se trocarem apenas a “virola” (ponta do taco de sinuca), já resolva o problema. Mas nada que prejudicasse a estada. Recomendo!!

Uma delicia tudo...atendimento impecável, staff super simpático e prestativo. Da comida nem se fala então! Perfeito! As opções de lazer e de compras dentro do próprio Resort são um diferencial, e o atendimento da Loja de Artesanato Mar Nunes, bem especial! Uma observação/solicitação para segurança : faltam os corrimãos em algumas piscinas, o que dá um pouco de insegurança aos mais experientes para entrar e sair! Vamos rever isso Transamérica Comandatuba? No mais...quero voltar logo...se fosse possível, amanhã!

O resort é simplesmente maravilhoso, incrível. Comida, bebidas, atividades, recreação pra crianças. A equipe super comunicativa e simpática. Piscinas boas, sem muita movimentação. Não temos reclamação. Diversão pra todas as idades.
