True relaxation and refreshing experience we had with our family at Barracuda Beach Resort this July'2023. From top to toe starting from Mr. Hari Krishnan - G.M to the floor cleaner every one was the best to serve us. It was just the matter of one phone call and your desired service is at your doorstep to serve. It's was my the best experience for the first time I had ever in my last 18 years of stay in UAE. Hats off to the entire team of Barracuda and to all the people behind the scenes, by giving their guest the big smile and everlasting experience while driving back home. May God bless always. The place is so nice so nice, peaceful and relaxing.The hotel service is superb. We would like to extend our thanks the service staff Norman for providing us an excellent service when we had our breakfast earlier as we only requested for scrambled egg to be cooked well done for our child but he also served us slices of watermelon without seeds and to the the approacheable lifeguards and cleaners who were so nice and approacheable. We do appreciate their kind gestures towards their guests.We would also like to thank the receptionist for providing us the taxi driver's number who's so nice and dropped us home safely. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will surely come back there!

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life l booked room 302. Room attendant are terrible....supervisor probably from India guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , dont go with this Pearl Hotel and Spa
