The hotel really lives up to its description as an oasis away from the city. I loved how it was located away from the hustle and bustle of the central city area, amidst beautiful nature. The hotel had several unique amenities such as the fish pool, meditation cave and crystal cave which were amazing to be be in. We booked a lake villa which had its own hot tub and private pool, as well as a nice balcony with a scenic view of the lake. All staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, and we also enjoyed dinner at Jeff’s Cellar - a mind-blowing experience with a delicious 10-course menu in a gorgeous 260-million-year-old limestone cave.

Very amazing! The resort's hot springs, meditation caves, steam caves and many other facilities are impressive. The most recommended is the cave restaurant Jeff's cellar, which is an extraordinary dining experience👍.

Good value for money, super imagination. This square shape is the best, closest to the swimming pool and hot spring. The welcome grapefruit is the best in the world, refreshing my understanding of grapefruit. The cave hotel is tall and romantic. There are three caves with different themes, crystal, hot spring sauna, and a cave with Japanese kanji engraved. The most important thing is that you can visit the zoo for free when you participate in the jungle adventure, which is unexpected. I also paid to go to the zoo before checking in, which is super good.
