Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness in the room. The floors were not properly vacuumed, and I noticed dust on the furniture. The bathroom had some mildew in the shower, which was disappointing. Although the staff were polite and tried to assist, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Got a ground floor room which was okay, but the room had a lot of dirty stains on the mirror and on the walls. The toilet also always emitted a bad smell from the toilet hole. It was uncomfortable to use the toilet because the smell was very strong. The service at the counter was good.

Very satisfied..clean room, best location near lost world of tambun...best place to eat and many facilities..next trip must repeat again and very recommend hotel..hood hotel friendly staff...I give 5 stars..good job 👍😊..choice destination near Johan steamboat and shellout with shabu shabu..gerangsam night market...And kpj hospital..
