First the staff was great, helpful, efficient and friendly. The breakfast was up to par. The hotel is very dated and I doubt it’s ever been upgraded since it was built twenty years ago. The furniture in the rooms is worn out the hallways need an upgrade with old carpet and carpet as the baseboards. I only hope the pictures come through I took so you can see for yourselves. I’m a honors member and use Hampton when I can but this is not acceptable, sorry

There were 2 loud dogs in the room next to us. The front desk refused to cancel our reservation so we could stay elsewhere and said no other rooms were available. They didn’t offer either an apology or any form of compensation. The room itself was basic and dark, with an unappealing view.

If you are looking for EV charging for your car, consider staying elsewhere. This hotel supports EV charging and has four Tesla destination chargers (which was such a good start) but they are not free and management does not apparently understand how to competitively price EV charging. There is a flat $20 fee to charge for six hours. It doesn't matter is you only need to charge for a few hours or want to charge overnight. And, as an EV owner for seven years, I've never paid $20 to charge my car anywhere in the United States -- even when it was almost completely empty. There is a Tesla supercharger less than a mile away. Skip staying at this hotel if you are looking for EV charging, stay elsewhere if you wish and use the much less expensive Tesla Supercharger in town.

Front desk clerk at check-in was barely helpful. He was more concerned about his phone. Barely spoke and couldn’t even tell us whereabouts our room was located. Room was clean. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Heard the train during the night. Also the door kept rattling when someone opened the door to the outside which was right next to our room. The worst part was hearing everything the person upstairs was doing. They could use a bit more sound barrier between rooms!!

My car broke down one nite and I had to get it towed to Mavis .it was about ten o'clock and I tried calling taxis and Uber to drive me home but I had no luck .I went here to try to get a room and the front desk clerk told me that his computer was down and couldn't help me I offered cash and credit cards and still wouldn't help me leaving me to sleep in my car overnight.probadly denied me cause I was Hispanic and not dressed as well as his customers.i would not recommend this place at all

Goed hotel, erg schoon. Begrijp niet waarom het bestek en borden in plastic moet, totaal niet duurzaam en komt ook heel goedkoop over. Verder was het een fijn hotel en mooi ruim, kan het afgezien van het ontbijt iedereen adviseren ... Bedankt

Lovely was particularly helpful and friendly. She took time to orient us to the area and she even helped me with one of my devices. She went above and beyond. The stay was excellent, but she is whom I will remember.
