Shilla Stay is a budget business hotel by Shilla Group. It is highly standardized decor and design as I also stayed at Shilla at Jeju. Best budget business hotel in my opinion in Korea as it is extremely clean, there is proper cleaning daily, toiletries and water/tea in room. Bed is also firm which I like but pillows are too soft.. but that's just me. Gym is opened 24/7. They even have a KRW8,800 free flow draft beer for 3 hrs in the evening. Highly recommended for families looking for budget but sanitary stay!

Location is convenient and walkable distance from Bus Terminal. Single room clean and enough for one person. Breakfast is served but suggest go downstairs bef 8:30am else there might not too much left. It is great to have laundry room to use. Overall it’s a good choice as affordable accommodation.

The location is in Seongnam-dong, so it was easy to get there by limousine bus from the KTX station, and it was nice that there were restaurants and other convenient facilities nearby. I didn't eat breakfast, but it was a pity that the hotel's basic facilities, such as the breakfast restaurant and gym, were a bit small. I highly recommend this residence for its cost-effectiveness.

Such a beautiful hotel located at the beach . Clean and top north service . The staff are so professional and they speak English very well. Just that Ulsan East Sea area . So lovely to relax and chill . Definitely will come back and relax myself again . And I witness a very good sunrise from my window ❤️.

The receptionist responded in Japanese. The reaction of the TV remote control was bad, but it responded immediately. The inside of the hotel had a very good scent. The tree was cute.

Facilities: Complete facilities, the room is larger overall, and the sound insulation is slightly poor Cleanliness: The room is cleaned every day and is very clean. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean The toilet smells like a lot of stench. The smell of sewers keeps coming up and the water pressure looks a little weak. You can't use it if you don't close the door of the fire room. Hot water doesn't come out well! I want to come out for a while, but it was too cold to use in winter. It was clean and nice except for the bathroom. And the room slippers looked strange (!). It's very uncomfortable. You'll know if you go.
