호텔을 급하게 사용할 일이 있어서 예약했는데 다른 사이트랑 비교해보니 가격이 거의 두배나 비샀어요.
미리 검색을 안 해보고 무턱대고 트립닷컴은 제일 싸다고 믿고 예약한 게 문제지만 환불도 불가한 상품인데 두배나 비싼건 너무한 것 같아요.
그게 너무 큰 문제였습니다.

There were only two slippers for a 3-person reservation, so I asked for the guest room slippers, and they delivered them to my room in less than 10 minutes~~^^ On top of that, they even gave me extra towels that I didn't even ask for~~ I give the staff a thumbs up for their sense~!!ㅎ
