Thatched holiday cottage built in the typical dune house style approx.1600 m from the North Sea.The house was renovated in 2016 and is very child-friendly with separatechildrens playroom with its own TV, DVD player and satellite andexciting toys and LEGO. The house also includes a whirlpool and sauna.There are swings, sandpit, football goal, petanque as well as beachvolley and badminton net. There are 2 cots, 2 high chairs and a babybath.The pool area is large and spacious. 18 m² pool with counter currentsystem and slide and a small childrens pool. 5-person whirlpool forrelaxation and well-being. The pool area has one of the three bathrooms,which offers direct access to the sauna. From the pool area as well asfrom the living room there is access to large, enclosed patio where youcan enjoy the sun in private.The house is furnished with two separate sections, each with 3 bedroomsand a bathroom. A total of 4 bedrooms with double beds and 20" flatscreen TV on the wall and 2 bedrooms each with two single beds and a TVconnected to the PlayStation2. All rooms have wooden floors.Large kitchen with much closet space. Large fridge and large freezer,built-in ceramic hob and integrated oven. Tile floor in living room andkitchen. The large flat screen TV in the living room and TV in all 4bedrooms can all receive Danish television channels. Large and spaciousliving area with ample space for 12 people. There is ironing board andiron. There is aircondition for a good indoor climate.The large patio is perfect for relaxation, sunbathing and cosybarbecues. The 5100 m² plot offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities.There is a small football field with 2 goals and there is also theoption of a game of volleyball/badminton or petanque. For youngerchildren there is a play set and swings and a sandpit.No letting to youth groups.
