賓館距離集寧南站挺近，步行也就十分鐘的步行行時間。賓館的服務挺好，前台服務員都挺熱情的。設施設備比較成舊了，沒有電梯，房間衞生也還是不錯，周邊吃飯購物交通都很方便，挺適合在集寧南站換乘倒車的旅客。

房間衞生條件挺好的，前台接待人員熱情接待，指景點指飯店非常滿意，老闆兩口子人很好，安排我們住的一樓106房間打開房門和窗户前後通風非常舒服，根本不需要空調，所以我們就謝絕老闆好意不調房間了，我們從天津市來避暑，前天入住的，昨天又去周邊看了幾家，都不如這家好，我們就決定續住一段時間了祝福你們生意興隆財源廣進。
來旅遊和避暑的朋友們一定要選這家，保證保意

房間太破舊了，側所門裡外都沒把手，外面繫了一根繩，預訂時明明標註有空調，到時卻沒有，服務態度還挺好，就是設施太差，承諾不達標。
