停車方便，客房衞生，床墊軟硬合適，睡感很好。早攴很豐盛，中西歺均有，還有蒙古當地小吃。攴廳服務員熱情頁責任，續菜續飯很及時。
也有不盡人意之處：前台辦手續時專門給工作人員説不要4樓，因為頂樓上有機器會產生噪聲，但他們謊稱頂樓沒有機器不會有噪音。出於對維亞納的信任我住進了4樓。結果收拾完準備睡覺時才發現很大的嗡嗡聲，還有電梯的開關聲。趕快聯繫前台派了一位師傅查看，這位師傅很負責又很專業，馬上瞧出問題所在，給我調換了房間，當晚睡的很好。感謝這位師傅，我會一如既往的給維亞納點贊，下次還會選擇維亞納。

房間乾淨衞生，其它都感覺不錯，就是覺得大床房衹有一把椅子，兩個人入住就衹能一個人座椅子一個人得座床上。還有燒水壺有點問題，服務員一直沒有來處理。
