Hotels in Ulanhot Railway Station/Wuyi Square, Ulanhot

The room is spacious and clean! Customer service is also very friendly! The toilet is a smart toilet and very clean. The location is also very convenient! It is very good to go out and choose this one! It is worth it!

Feeling good, especially the service staff is warm and polite. The hotel and the room are clean. The only downside is that there will be sudden cold and hot conditions in the shower, which also includes small water volume and easy to cause blockage. During the reaction, the service staff told us that there was a problem with the cold water pipe and it was being repaired. After the repair is done, the cold water is still very small. There is still a sudden cold and hot water in the shower.

This stay completely exceeded expectations, and the whole process was moved by intimate details and comfortable experience. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and I could relax and fall asleep quickly when I lay down. I slept peacefully without noise. The rooms are well-lit, the layout is reasonable and not depressing, the supporting facilities are complete and well maintained, and it is very easy to use. The hotel service is gentle and courteous, the check-in is efficient and fast, the demand response is timely, and there is no extra interruption throughout the whole process, which is just right. The overall environment is quiet and elegant. It is suitable for both business trips and travel and relaxation. It really makes people live in peace of mind and comfort. I will give priority to it next time. It is highly recommended!

The overall environment of the room is OK, the facilities and equipment are also good ～ is that the hygiene is a bit unsatisfactory! After the check-in, the sheets were completely replaced. The original ones had dirty marks and unknown hair. The waiter uncle and aunt explained that the marks could not be washed off? The toilet cotton woven has bath towels and floor towels. There are no towels. The waiter said that our room type is not equipped with towels. The guest asks to send it separately? Uh... This is the first time I have encountered it in my experience of staying in a hotel! I took a photo and accidentally deleted it.
