1. There is no peephole in the door. My colleague encountered a stranger knocking on the door in the middle of the night. The next day, I asked the front desk, but they did not let me see the surveillance camera, saying it was broken. Then they said it was his staff. 2. The towels are torn and there is a strong odor.
