Prices are high compared to other similar hotels. Bad Internet. Terrible staff at the reception, firstly they don’t speak either English or Russian. We asked the Mongolian guys to call the hotel in advance and find out about the rooms, they said the room was available, we arrived halfway through the city, at the reception, using Google translator, they told us that the room was being cleaned and we had to wait, we waited for an hour, in the lobby, two Mongolians arrived, they were checked in , but we were told that there were no rooms.
