The hotel service is very good, but the platform and hotel information are not equal. I booked for 3 consecutive days. I booked one day first, and the next two days were the follow-up. I paid a lot of money for the next two days. The room type was the same for the three days, but the next two days needed to be increased. Moreover, the next two days were nearly 100 yuan more expensive. It was not clear, and it was not convenient to communicate in a foreign country.

It is located right next to Sukhbaatar Square, which is very convenient. The luxurious exterior and lobby were clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and relaxing.

The hotel has been renowated in 2024 so everything is very nice and clean, but still a lot of room for upgrades, especially regarding to the restaurant and coffee shop - they are not even close to the 5* hotel level
