Masa sampe sana pesanan sy dibatalkan karna katanya sdh tidak kerja sama. Trus tanpa ada bantuan kyk ga tau apa2. Pdhal stelah pesan d trip.com konfirmasi hotel lgsg acc. Parah resepsionis nya jg ga bisa banyak ngokong kek lepas tangan. Apa karna sy dpt harga promo jd gamau tau???!!! Refund jd gabisa karna harusnya pihak hotel yg ajukan. Ini malah pihak hotel angkat tangan. Pokoknya bintang 1!
