I had 2 days stay, they didn’t provide warm water for bath and gave weird reason they don’t have heater they said, no cleaning for 2 hours even after i checked in and no dustbin till i asked all this was so pathetic

Room was on the fourth floor which was filled with mosquito, not proper built. Shifted from this hotel in the morning itself to another one

1-staff is not taking responsibility. 2-tv is not working 3-big room only single ceiling fan. 4-ac not working 5-there is no menu for food. 6-there is no any intercom to connect for any services.

1. The toilet was in pretty bad condition, there is a shortage of staff. Western toilet seat was completely broken, washbasin was leaking, proper hot water was not coming for taking a bath. The rooms are not sound proof and i was unable to sleep because people were talking in adjacent room and smoking. The smoke was coming in my room too. The hotel is located on main road and wifi was working on ground floor. But overall it was not a very good experience. I stayed here for 3 nights, and hence i am giving a very detailed review.

Toilet was dirty and flush was not working. Seat of comode was old and dirty. Hot water and soap was available but sampoo was not provided. Room have a sofa but old and dirty. Apair of towels and blanket were given. Staffs of hotel were polite. Photo of room looks good but reality is different. I have paid for four beds for one day.
