I had 2 days stay, they didn’t provide warm water for bath and gave weird reason they don’t have heater they said, no cleaning for 2 hours even after i checked in and no dustbin till i asked all this was so pathetic

Room was on the fourth floor which was filled with mosquito, not proper built. Shifted from this hotel in the morning itself to another one

The property location is very easy to reach and is at a prime spot. The owner and the hotel staff are very cooperative and ready to help. However on the points of hygiene, i will give negative feedback only. As the rooms are not properly cleaned, the blankets have a stringent odor, and the washroom was at its worst. The hotel really needs maintenance to be done.

We have experienced the worst hotel stay in ujjain. The washroom and the basic amenities were not there at all. The washroom wasn’t clean, there was no clothes hanger in the washroom so after you take shower you have to come outside naked to wear clothes so you can imagine the bathroom without that. Then we asked the staff to change the room they gave us another room and here it comes that room is also not properly maintained. There is no water in the pot to wash after getting fresh, the seat was broken, seat wasn’t clean enough to seat on it, flush wasn’t working, the dressing sink was broken and the water was going outside the sink pipe. There was no lock in the washroom door in the 2nd room. So as we booked the non ac room we asked them to turn on the ac and we will pay you extra money for that they said that sir ac is broken it will not work, we asked them to shift us in ac room they also denied that. So overall experience was worst thin ever and would not recommend at all for your stay if you are planning to go to ujjain.

It's walkable distance from platform 8 railway station but room was not in good condition and management was poor. I wouldn't recommend for this hotel.
