There is no proper flush in washroom, ac is not working. Poor quality of house keeping service, mis match in hotel bills

I had a decent experience at hotel ashraya with my family. Rooms are very old and have very basic amenities. Bathrooms are not good windows are broken, tap was leak. Bed sheets was stinking.

One of the worst experiences i had recently in ujjain ashray hotel. It is not worth to call it a hotel.

Room and staff are good but no facilities inside room . no dental kit,no shampoo,handwash,comb,soap. room service poor . Hotel charges are equivalent to other good hotel like Sarovar portico. It is advisable to update their hotel

Room is not ac executive. It's very normal room. No welcome drink. Demanded money for drinking water. No glasses to drink water etc. No toiletories, except one slim green soap with very bad odour. No hot water in wash room. It was provided only on 24th morning on demand and took about, 25 mts to come. No wifi in room. No electric katle, no iron/or drier. Room's window view horrible. No proper, facility to live in such room. Either hotel or make my trip cheated me and snatched lot of money. So i request to refund the money. Call me tomorrow afternoon. Refund my money
