Be careful when carrying large luggage and use the stairs
Price: On the high side. I won’t particularly stay at Sky Island next time.

Great location location to visit the west part of skye. 10 minutes away from the fairy glen. Breakfast was spectacular. The Pancakes were amazing and so were the eggs with salmon. Amazing buffet aswell. It just doesn't have amenities (shampoo and body wash), so bring some.

From the welcome onwards this hotel was top notch. Customer service was excellent and dining was a real treat. The room was large very clean and the bed was sumptuous. Nothing was too much trouble for the polite and ever smiling staff. Thank you to one and all.

Stopped here with a vip group last minute for lunch,the lovely staff accompanied for 10 plus a separate table for myself as the driver the service was top notch as was the food, would definitely recommend the soup of day with lovely hot fresh bread, then I had macaroni with garlic bread and salad the group had loads of different stuff but were very happy with the service and with quality & quantity definitely bring a group here again with more notice thank you Maria and staff

Beautiful! After a harrowing travel day and arriving at 10.30pm the reception was lovely. We had contacted the hotel via email to let them know that we wouldn’t be there until late, the bar was just being closed but we managed one very good cold beer before we retired. Our room was lovely and clean, shower was a little small but we managed ok. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning overlooking the loch, it’s situated in a beautiful setting and we couldn’t of been happier,it was a shame we only stayed one night.

We spent two nights here during our road trip through the Highlands! The staff was so helpful, the food fantastic and our room was basic but sufficient! We were so thankful for the suggestions provided by the staff and were awestruck by the beauty of Skye despite the rain ☺️
