酒店在一個山上，風景不錯，房間帶個露台，頂樓餐廳早餐蠻好。

I would definitely not recommend the hotel. For a hotel in this price range, you shouldn't have to pay a late check-in fee without prior notice. Since we arrived after 9:00 p.m., we were informed of this at check-in. We never received a confirmation with the price, although the receptionists told us and could not prove it until we checked out.
The staff behaved very unprofessionally and almost rudely. Italian hospitality definitely looks different to me. From the 25 € fine for late arrival, even 50 euros were booked after we left, even though we had only booked 1 room!
At €250 for a standard room, there is no free water or coffee in the room, which is already the norm for a 2 star hotel. Omelette or orange juice will be charged additionally with the included breakfast. Total rip off. Never again. You can find better hotels outside of Como for the same price and above all no unfair and untrue business practices.
Avoid the hotel.

Spa molto carina e pulita, numero di persone limitato, quindi ben godibile per quanto riguarda sauna, bagno turco e i posti sui comodi lettini. Ho apprezzato molto lo scrub a base di erbe. Unico punto a sfavore la temperatura dell'acqua, appena tiepida. Purtroppo non me la sono goduta come avrei voluto.

Indecisa tra due location alla fine ho scelto questa splendida Tenuta colpita dal paesaggio mozzafiato. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati coccolati con particolare attenzione per mia figlia che è celiaca. Lo chef ha un connubio chic a partire dagli antipasti che avevo richiesto di varietà locale , a seguire ho scelto il risotto cime di rapa datterini confit e crema di burrata e filetto di manzo con patate arrosto e salsa al pepe verde erano ottimi. Per i bambini la scelta è caduta su penne al pomodoro , hamburger con patatine fritte . Un grazie a tutto lo staff in particolare a Elisabetta , Chiara e ovviamente lo Chef !

For anyone looking for a moment of true relaxation and wellness and a break from the usual sightseeing and running around, this is the best place in the Como area and go to place for locals. My wife and I chose the breakfast and spa combo as it holds the best value. The staff were superb and even provided premium options that were gluten and lactose free. I will be sure to come back and will recommend it to anyone heading this way.

La location è spettacolare e la pulizia della SPA è assolutamente perfetta, ma, questa volta , il mio entusiasmo si è scontrato con la temperatura dell'acqua delle piscine non idonea, piuttosto sul tiepido/freddo che sul tepore caldo e avvolgente della volta precedente e sul pranzo all'interno della SPA per il quale non trovo una definizione adatta se non che sia stato preparato da qualcuno che di cucina conosce davvero poco. L'insalata Cesar per 20 euro che non aveva nulla a che fare con una vera insalata Cesar (credo personalmente che chi l'ha preparata non l'abbia mai neanche mangiata una volta) e una tartare di manzo che non era di manzo ma di vitello, oltretutto quando abbiamo chiesto ci hanno detto che era stata condita con il burro all'interno (quando mai....) ..per 24 euro....Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi hanno risposto di aver cambiato il cuoco. Quanto scritto è stato fatto presente alle ragazze alla reception . Spero che questa mia recensione serva per ripristinare la qualità che c'era prima di questo settembre 2024 e, nel frattempo si va da un'altra parte ovviamente!

Magia allo stato puro, ambiente curato, relax garantito ed un ristorante che ci ha stupiti andando oltre ogni aspettativa. Ringrazio anche tutto il personale per la grande disponibilità perché nonostante sia una struttura di alto livello sono capaci di farti sentire come a casa. Ho organizzato qui la festa per il mio compleanno, mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Arianna ed Elisabetta mi hanno guidato da subito con disponibilità e gentilezza in tutte le scelte e la preparazione. Prima dell’evento abbiamo trascorso il pomeriggio nella spa , anche qui tutto impeccabile, per non parlare della nuovissima Infinity pool un vero fiore all’occhiello di tutta la struttura. Veniamo alla serata dell’evento , Zona cena disposta ed apparecchiata alla perfezione , servizio preciso e puntuale , cibo buonissimo , una menzione particolare al risotto allo zafferano e al filetto che si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca. Non posso non ringraziare Domenico che ha contribuito attivamente a tutta l’organizzazione e ha diretto l’evento in maniera magistrale . Grazie di tutto ragazzi continuate così .

Location situata su una collina all’interno di un bosco incantato. Camera molto bella e pulita. La punta di diamante è la SPA, completa di tutti i servizi e da poco di una infinity pool a dir poco spaziale! Le ragazze sono molto attente e preparate! Assolutamente consigliato! Ci tornerò
