Love this Inn!

Dissatisfied
Do not book if you are wanting an overnight stay and use the pub restaurant facility’s midweek, especially as being in a village they don’t stick to opening hours and will close without notice.
Ourselves and 2 other couples arrived straight off the ferry, tired and hungry looking forward to some food and a drink before bed. Pub closed! keys left in the door to enter our accommodation, we could of stopped of for food had we known that no one was going to meet us with the keys! Everything in the village close. We all went to bed early hungry, only 1 cup of tea each as only 4 milk portions were left out and of course no one available to ask for more.
Spoilt the last night of our holiday!

A fantastic stay for 9 of us. The food was great, rooms nice and clean and Tom was a brilliant host going out of his way to provide a great stay.

Average accommodation without any luxuries.
Staff friendly and helpful. Room looked good on arrival but unfortunately not as comfortable as it looked and lacked any luxury touches. Mattress on the bed very saggy on both sides and raised in the middle, towels thin and worn, very basic tea and coffee in rooms. Bathroom fittings incomplete or missing. Breakfast “buffet” consisted of few cereas, potted yoghurts and fruit juice. Cooked food in evening and cooked breakfast satisfactory.

Comfortable room with character
Very comfortable room with character.
Staff were young, but very competent. My evening meal was excellent, as was the breakfast.
Boiler issue meant no hot water for a morning shower. Staff apologetic & my room rate was sufficiently compensated. (Same staff member as previous evening).
I'd stay again for sure.
