房間是UFA最好的了，所有的工作人員都很熱情，問路、訂車都能幫忙。有桑拿房是亮點，SPA也很舒服，很美好的一次旅程。

I had a very unpleasant incident with the Head of Customer service Mr. Ilgiz. I have got a call at 10 am in the morning and was told to immediately leave the room. The explanation was very inaudible saying something like: we have to clean your suite as will need to show your room to some visitors coming at 12.00. I have a feeling that the guy had difficulties speaking Russian or English as he failed to explain details and kept urging me to leave the room immediately. In return I was offered to "immediately move to De-Lux suite" that made absolutely no sense taking into account that I was to check out in couple of hours. A terrible service example for Crowne Plaza brand. I am an IHG Platinum member and stayed in numerous Crowne Plazas worldwide, so it's the first example how a good location and cleanliness of the Hotel can be easily ruined by a single wrong person on the stuff.

Были там вместе с семьей, очень понравилось, несмотря на то что нас было 4 человека в номере нам не было тесно, завтраки все разнообразные и вкусные и есть где погулять, прямо под нами лучший ресторан города.Можно наверное рассмотреть как альтернативу хилтон но там часто мероприятия и попбоялись что будет шумно

Хорошая гостиница. Из всех гостиниц где когда-либо приходилось бывать пожалуй самая лучшая! Чисто и свежо, всё что нужно - есть. Очень понравилась система кондиционирования номеров. Отсутствует так уже привычный для некоторых гостиниц запах сырости. Заходишь в номер и там свежо и приятно. Это уже восхищает прямо с порога. Персонал контактный, адекватный, добродушный. Это тоже неотъемлемая часть впечатления. Что на контрасте ещё лучше показывает, насколько персонал самой гостиницы более хорош. Впечатление сугубо положительное. С удовольствием приедем ещё. Гостинице успеха и процветания! ✨😁

Приехал на отдых в Уфу, выбрал этот отель. Итог: всё прошло замечательно! Отличный сервис и обслуживание. Имеется хорошее и вкусное питание. Отдельный гардероб. Порадовала ванная комната - отличное место, обустроена хорошо. Качественная кровать и в общем и целом весь номер! Приеду сюда ещё! Спасибо за такое прекрасное место!
